ACT 250 NOTICE APPLICATION #2W1334 PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE 10 V.S.A. 6001 - 6111 On March 4, 2021, Sportsmen, Inc. filed application #2W1334 for a project described as the previous construction of improvements including clubhouse expansion and berm addition. The project is located at 2081 Creamery Road in Guilford. The project will be evaluated by the District #2 Environmental Commission ("Commission") in accordance with the 10 environmental criteria of 10 VSA 6086(a). Pursuant to Act 250 Rules 16 and 20, the Commission is holding a virtual prehearing Conference ("PHC") on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 9 AM. A PHC, in summary, has narrow goals and is designed to identify the parties and the issues prior to convening a hearing to evaluate the merits of the case. The PHC will be followed by the issuance of a Prehearing Conference Report and Order which will prescribe the informational filing requirements, the preliminary party status rulings, and the scheduling of the merits hearing. Any person seeking to participate as a party to this proceeding MUST make such a party status request on or before the PHC. Accordingly, all prospective parties must attend the PHC or must submit a written party status petition to the Commission prior to the PHC. The PHC will be held remotely. Each person who plans to participate should please email the District Coordinator no later than Friday, April 9 at 4:30pm indicating their intent to participate.
