Town of Brattleboro Recreation and Parks Department Request for Proposals The Town of Brattleboro Recreation and Parks is seeking a concessionaire to operate the snack bars at Living Memorial Park (Upper Field, Lower Field, Swimming Pool, & Skating Facility) and West River Park. Upon acceptance the concessionaire will require to provide the necessary insurances and licenses such as Liability, Workman's Compensation, Town of Brattleboro Food License, and a Vermont Health Department License.
