TOWN OF PUTNEY DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to 24 V.S.A., Chapter 117, and Putney Zoning Regulations, Section 110.4, notice is hereby given that the Putney Development Review Board will meet in the Putney Town offices at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 19, 2021 for the purpose of considering one application. Application #20-12-42: Planned Residential Development Amendment with Conditional Use, Site Plan; and Subdivision Review Elizabeth Christie (Applicant), Putney Commons Owners' Association (Parcel Owners), property location 0 Putney Commons Way, Tax Map 30-51-29. Applicant is proposing an amendment for construction of a two-unit residential dwelling with attached garage. This proposed unit is sited in a new location as was originally permitted in the existing Planned Residential Development permit. Application will be reviewed under Conditional Use Section 220-220.2; Site Plan Review Section 240-240.2; Section 320.5 Village and Section 320.3 Rural Residential Districts; Planned Residential Development Article IV, Sections 400-420.7 of the 2018 Zoning Regulations; and lastly Article 3.1.C; 3.6-3.8 of the Subdivision Regulations.
