NOTICE OF TAX SALE TOWN OF VERNON, VERMONT The resident and nonresident owners, lien holders and mortgagees of lands in the Town of Vernon, County of Windham are hereby notified that the taxes assessed by such town for the years 2018 through 2020 remain, either in whole or in part, unpaid on the following described lands in such town, to wit: Being all and the same land and premises as conveyed to Shenandoah Gilbert by Warranty Deed of Patricia Gilbert dated June 13, 2014 and recorded at Book 115, Page 122 of the Vernon land records. Pursuant to 32 VSA 5254, so much of such lands will be sold at public auction at the Vernon Town Office, 567 Governor Hunt Road, a public place in such town, on the 17th day of December, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., as shall be requisite to discharge such taxes with costs and fees, unless previously paid.
